Good evening~
Nice to meet you, today, in here.
My name is nam hee kim,
my English name is annie as you saw at SESA.

First of all,
I'd like to say thank you for Son of God.
That's why it is first time to speak
in English for SESA members' speech.

OK~
Let me untroduce myself.
I'm a Nurse.
Now I'm working at hospital in 압구정
I've been worked in 정동진 public Health center for 5 years.

At that time, 정동진 was very guiet, peaceful small villiage.
But, Now there is very famous place in korea.
Every year many peoples come to there and
they like to see rising sun of the first day happy New Year.
My family has a lots of special memory from 정동진.
If I could, I hope to live there in my future.
after finish my study for social work of ph.D

anyway, Now Tonight
I want to share about 8th principle of Health.

Let me ask for you...
How can we get for real good health.
Do you think you are really Healthy?
What's keeping good health state?
How do you keep for your health?

We already knew,
Health means two kind of type,
One is physical health,
another is mental health.
Both of health are important.

So tonight I'd like to tell you
about 8th principle for good health.

IF we can rememer this 8th letters,
we will keep for good health.

N :  Nutrition
roper nutrition is the foundation of good health and recovery.

E    Exercise
exercise improves the health of body, mind
to walk, walk, walk is good for your health.

W   Water
Because the body is 70% water, keeping well hydrated and
knowing what and when to drink are essential to health.
8cups of water per a day and
before 30minutes for meal is good.

S   Sunlight
The sun is the established energy source.
sunlight is supremely important for
the body's metabolism and hormonal balance.  

T   Temperance
Health consists with temperance.
Temperance is conducive to long life.

A   Air
The body's most essential resource is air.
More important than food or water,
pure air are fundamental to good health.
Fresh, clear air surrounds the beautiful natural mountain.

R   Rest
Many types of rest are important for health
Early to bed and early to rise"
is a vital Health's principle

T   Trust  in God
Directly linked to physical health (Proverbs 3:5-6),
trust in God is a gift leading to right choices.

let's memory about 8th principle for Health.

finally,
I'd like to suggest one more big secret .
That's laughing and big smile.
laughing and big smile is
very important key for Good Health.

Would you like to practice?
Now two people looking each other
and smile, more big smile and then
shake hands say together
"hello, nice to : meet you/see you again/know you/
you are very handsome/beautiful/
you are a very good person.
and show big smile more and more.

Do you feel so happy?
